Here come the internet pedants! Heart:Release doesn’t have words, does that like, mean it’s like, not a *song*? (No). It’s also like only 110 seconds long, so it’s *way* too short to be included, right? (Well, nobody ever said Primal Scream’s Velocity Girl isn’t a proper song, and that’s only 82).
Not all music has to go somewhere, or mean something, or take you on the three and a half minute journey the Brill Building taught our grandparents. Heart:Release, with it’s perfect high hats and dream inducing swirl is whatever you want it to be, and that’s all that’s ever mattered.
